I listen carefully to your needs, and then investigate the merits and pitfalls of various possibilities, before coming up with a design that will maximize the potential of your basement. Then I create a hand drawn scale drawing of the floor plan, the electrical layout, and the reflective ceiling. An experienced contractor will be able to build from the information provided on the drawing.

You will  learn about the "how and why" things are done by real professionals, that are missed by salesmen, handymen, and the myriad of new "experts" that have recently joined the industry. I will review the fine details that make all the differnence, but are glossed over or missed by others.  It takes experience, knowledge, creativity, and a lot of hard work to find the "best" design.  Salesmen simply don't have the building and design expertise, and they are always in a hurry.
