My name is Rob Thomas and I have been designing and building great basements in the GTA since 1990.  I help families achieve professional results at the lowest possible cost.  Learn how to save 25% or more on completing your basement without compromising quality or service.

What does it cost?

I charge $100 per for my design and travel time, which represents incredible value.  Using the plan and the information from this service typically helps clients save $15,000. No, I'm not kidding.  I have trained the owners of many of the leading basement finishing companies in the GTA over the years, so I know what they charge and what they make (because most of them "borrowed" my pricing).

What do you get?

I visit your house and we discuss what you are trying to achieve with your basement project. We investigate the pros and cons of various ideas and then create the ideal plan.  Before I leave your house, you will receive:

* a floor plan drawn to scale that includes furniture and fixture layouts, an electrical layout, and a reflective ceiling layout

* hours of detailed instruction so that you understand why and how things should be done

* a list of professional tradesmen with their contact numbers and the rates that they charge builders, as opposed to retail rates

* instructions on how and where to buy materials at builder cost

* a tax receipt for the full value of the cheque that you write directly to Yellow Brick House
